OIL SANDS ALLOWED COSTS (MINISTERIAL) AMENDMENT REGULATION 1 The Oil Sands Allowed Costs (Ministerial) Regulation (AR 23112008) is amended by this Regulation. 2 Section 7(1)(c) is amended by striking out "or in the form of a reduction of royalty, royalty proceeds or royalty compensation by virtue of IETP costs". 3 This Regulation comes into force on September 30, 2019.
